There is a way, youngling.
You must BUY 3dsimed.
You must DOWNLOAD the free utilities.
You must DISASSEMBLE the track as it is.
You must REBUILD the track using Sandbox and other assorted wizardly utilities.

Then, you will have what you desire.
One does not simply walk into a N2K3 track.

what he's trying to tell you is that it is near on impossible, it can be done, but it is very hard and takes a lot of time (and I mean months worth of full time work converting everything to NR2k3 standard).

You would probably be best just forgetting it, believe me it's not worth the hassle.

It would be a lot faster to build it from a fresh clean sheet of paper, using just the free tools that are available.
And you wouldn't be infringing on anyone else's work. Did you even think to ask permission to convert the track?
