Highway 52 Track - Pre-Alpha Release!


Hey everyone,

Well, I was hoping I'd have time to at least make something worthy of being called an alpha release, but it looks like I'm going to have to settle for less, unfortunately!

Highway 52 is a 93.5 mile road course set between Rochester and Cannon Falls, Minnesota!

She's not pretty, but at least it's somewhat interesting!

Ceej91, it would be interesting to see how that goes since the track's current AI severely limits any simulation of reality in offline mode!

danmackay, think of it as extra incentive to stay on the road! emoticon The readme.txt file that comes with the track has more information about the walls and medians if you're interested.

Thanks, but it wasn't as time consuming as it seems! I used a hex editor to shift the positions of the LP markers along the width of the road. If you take a look at the LP lines you'll notice they are all strictly parallel to the center line around the entire track. I've always meant for the current LP set to be just a temporary way to get the AI around the track.
