Even new files would do it. I had to physically drag it back to center 0,0. I've never tried the double click on the x-section thing. Maybe that would work. Anyway, I'm working now.nondisclosed_email@example.com (jwhop3)Thu, 02 Feb 2012 09:51:37 +0000 Re: How to recover center in height view...https://bnr2k3tracks.runboard.com/p296,from=rss#post296https://bnr2k3tracks.runboard.com/p296,from=rss#post296I would just save and reopen at that point lol. and oddly enough, on my newest machine sandbox crashes only when i try loading a track with one open but not eveytime. nondisclosed_email@example.com (T18)Thu, 02 Feb 2012 09:26:57 +0000 Re: How to recover center in height view...https://bnr2k3tracks.runboard.com/p270,from=rss#post270https://bnr2k3tracks.runboard.com/p270,from=rss#post270Strange -- When I loose my position in Height window, I go up to the main window and pick another X segment, double click on it, and its centered in the Height window.nondisclosed_email@example.com (amtronic)Sat, 28 Jan 2012 12:43:56 +0000 Re: How to recover center in height view...https://bnr2k3tracks.runboard.com/p269,from=rss#post269https://bnr2k3tracks.runboard.com/p269,from=rss#post269Yeah good tip... but I just figure once you've gone off the beaten path that far you aren't very far from a good old fashion Sandbox crash, and corrupted ptf we often tend to get from height mode.... so my logic is quicker to close out safe and start fresh from where I last left off....lol nondisclosed_email@example.com (Danny27j)Sat, 28 Jan 2012 11:50:13 +0000 Re: How to recover center in height view...https://bnr2k3tracks.runboard.com/p268,from=rss#post268https://bnr2k3tracks.runboard.com/p268,from=rss#post268LOL!...good observation, been there done that...! nondisclosed_email@example.com (bowtie214)Sat, 28 Jan 2012 05:32:48 +0000 How to recover center in height view...https://bnr2k3tracks.runboard.com/p267,from=rss#post267https://bnr2k3tracks.runboard.com/p267,from=rss#post267I did something crazy the other day and held down c when I thought I was holding the x. So I got zapped to the Andromeda Galaxy and could not find my track in the height view. If/when you do this, pay attention to the coordinates on the right panel, and keep centering your screen towards 000, 000. You will find your way back home.nondisclosed_email@example.com (jwhop3)Sat, 28 Jan 2012 00:53:05 +0000
