CTS 1998
Are now up under Tracks and Trucks By Riviera71 here http://bigdonlinemotorsports.com/Downloads.html
Eventually I was able to find some good enough references

Thunder98 for letting me use some of his bases from the 1999 set

These are very nice, this was the only truck year never made. I do see that there is one truck missing and that's the truck David Starr drove in his debut at Phoenix.
For some reason the picture I have shows the truck as listed as number 49 but the racing stats show the truck listed as number 9.

Yeah, some trucks are unfortunately missing. For the #49 I couldn't see what the green/yellow logo with black text was. If I can't get that one right the percentage of wrong or missing logos would be too high for that particular truck lol.
He also ran the #9 but that one has the same logo and another one on the hood I couldn't identify either
